Who is the Development team for Fractional Properties?
Mountain Venture Properties, LLC (MVP) is a fractional marketing agent for properties within the land development. MVP Property Management will handle all marketing and fractional sales transactions; and will manage and maintain the fractional properties for the co-owners. Property will be bought from the developer and sold by owner MVP to the fractional co-owners in the LLC. These may be concurrent transactions.
