The properties in this development are in various stages of availability from “dried-in” shell, to partially finished, to full turnkey log homes. MVP Property Management will coordinate any construction completion required with the co-owners and the original builder to complete to the turnkey condition. The builder may be able to offer some custom selections during completion of the property. An occupancy date is usually determined after obtaining the purchase reservations. A Purchase Reservation involves screening and qualifying of the fractional buyers and presentation of the general escrow provisions.
