What are the additional costs of ownership and Property Owners’ Association dues?
Your annual property owner’s association (POA) dues are currently $275.00 and are included in the fractional share purchase price for the first calendar year. Also included for the first calendar year are property management fees which will range from $1,200 to $3,600 annually, depending on the model and the fractional purchase package you choose. All ongoing costs of ownership, to include but not limited to, housekeeping services, property taxes, utilities, insurance, other operating costs, furnishing/equipment replacements will be shared by the property co-owners based on their fractional share ownership level and usage.
