Can a Fractional Property be designated as “Pet Friendly”?
Each fractional property LLC we develop consists of bylaws and a general operating agreement. All Co-Owners would agree to specific stipulations in the agreement. Depending on that designation, pets would be permitted. If the property is designated as “pet friendly” each Co-Owner would need to be in agreement and would equally share in any additional maintenance due to pets.
The marketing and sale of shares of a property designated as “pet friendly” would be clearly defined in the offering. The development of a “Pet Friendly” property may require additional time to complete the buying group. Please also note that all properties are subject to prior sale.
