Can my fractional ownership share be resold?
Yes. As with all deeded real estate purchases, fractional co-owners are able to resell their deeded interest on the open real estate market. The Operating Agreement and specifics therein gives the other co-owners the right of first refusal of the fractional purchase at the current appraised market value of the property or asking price whichever is lower.
