Each fractional property LLC we develop would consist of the bylaws and a general operating agreement. All co-owners would agree to specific stipulations in the agreement. Yes, depending on the property, pets would be permitted. If the property is designated as “pet friendly” each co-owner would be in agreement and would equally share in any additional maintenance due to pets. The marketing and sale of shares of a property designated as “pet friendly” would be clearly defined in the offering.
